Drawing upon reflections you will have drawn from the Leadership Mirror, sets up the notion of purpose-led leadership and the development of leadership of the regenerative business.

The Leadership Mirror tool comprises a short survey where you rate your agreement with leadership centric statements for each of three leadership perspectives; self, organisation and society.  There are eight statements to answer for each perspective which should lead to a rounded and multidimensional view of yourself.
